The gold and white band, combined with the light wrapper, make the cigar stands out.
There aren’t any defects perceptible to the touch: the filling is generous and uniform. The head is finished of in a pig tail.
Undercrown Shade Flying Pig: notes of hay in the cold draw. The cigar starts out with aromas of hay, followed by vegetable notes.
The first half brings fine wood and hints of vanilla to the palate. The base is sweet. Strength wise it is rather contained (1,5/5).
In the second half, the aromatic palette suffers an involution: the vanilla notes disappear and the cigar showcases woody notes on a sweet base, although not as intense as in the first half. The strength increases slightly and becomes medium mild (2,5/5).
Overall not a very intense smoke, with a very contained aromatic palette. Despite its short length, it lacks a change in rhythm and makes the Flying Pig static and even boring in some puffs.
