Sans Pareil is a brand created to give birth to the perfect cigar, this is what has been declared by Aaron Saide, owner and founder. The cigars are made in the Dominican Republic, at the Tabacalera Palma factory.
Right now, four are the “colored” lines belonging to Sans Pareil: Blue, Purple, Red e Gold. In the specific case of the Blue, the blend is completely Dominican.
Construction is flawless. The wrapper leaf is Colorado, very oily and with some yellowish shades. The filling is homegeneus and generous.

Sans Pareil Blue Piramide: before lighting it up, hints of hay and balsamic herbs are perceivable on the nose. The opening is slightly earthy and delivers nuances of coffee beans.
The first third of the smoke alternates aromas of wood and earth. Coffee beans are in the background. The smoke is very creamy. Strength is medium (3/5).
The central section exhibits notes of wood, earth and white pepper, the latter is present in the background. Strength remains the same (3/5).
In the final third, the cigar undergoes a sort of involution. The flavor profile is not as broad and complex anymore, with hints of wood and a sweet spicy note as the only aromas perceivable. The intensity drops considerably, while the strength increases, getting slightly above the medium level (3.5/5).
Overall, the Sans Pareil Blue Piramide gives off a creamy and balanced smoke in the first two sections. The first third is the best one, but afterwards the cigar gradually decreases in intensity, and when it reaches the last third, it no longer delivers the same great smoke.
