The Sancho Panza Belicoso has remained the only cigar in the catalog of this brand, that has a long history in Cuba. Although its birth dates back to the mid-1800s, over the years the portfolio has gradually decreased, especially after 2000. The only representative of the brand is the Belicoso, sold in 25-count boxes.
The Belicoso is dressed in a bright Colorado wrapper with red reflections. To the touch, the wrapper is quite smooth with small veins present. The filling and the draw are good, as is the overall construction.

Sancho Panza Belicoso: there are well-defined aromas of pepper, nuts, and wood present on the nose.
Ultimately, this Sancho Panza Belicoso is a rustic smoke which however retains its own balance. Strength is the right counterpoint to a respectable flavor intensity. A bit of evolution between the last two thirds could have worked in favor of this Belicoso. The brand is not very widespread in world markets, but the Sancho Panza Belicoso is one of the Cubans not to be missed.
