General Cigar company has announced the new limited edition Macanudo Inspirado Brazilian Shade line. The new limited edition cigar will come in a Toro and a Churchill format. The wrapper is a Connecticut Seed grown in shade in Bahia, Brazil. The binder used is a Mexican San Andrés. Fillers are a four blend combination of Brazilian Mata Fina, Cubita grown in Mao, Dominican Piloto Cubano, and tobacco from Jalapa, Nicaragua.
There will be a limited release of 2,000 boxes of Toros that measures 52 x 165mm (6.5″). Cigars will come in 10-ct boxes and have an MSRP of $10.49 per stick ($104.90 per box). Only 1,500 boxes of the Churchill size will be released, which measures 48 x 178mm (7″). Boxes are also 10-ct and have a $10.99 per cigar MSRP ($109.90 per box). Inspirado Brazilian Shade is scheduled to hit cigar markets in May 2021.
