La Flor Dominicana will present a new cigar, that is inspired by a step in the tango: La Volcada.
La Volcada is a single size release, measuring 48 x 178 mm. The Churchill size is dressed in a dark Mexican San Andres wrapper, an Ecuadorian Corojo binder and Dominican filler tobaccos grown on their own La Canela farm. La Volcada will be commercialized in 20 count boxes.
They are also bringing back a cigar, that longtime fans of the brand will recognize, called: Factory Press.
Originally, the first Factory Press was released in 2005 in a different size. This years version is not a redux of the old one, meaning that both blend and size are different. Measuring a hefty 58 x 165 mm, the trunk pressed cigar is made up of a Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Sumatra binder and Dominican fillers. This release is limited to 300 boxes, each containing 120 cigars.
