La Estancia Short Robusto: stable and aged wood are delivered on the cold draw. The opening is woody, with some piquant spices to it.
The cigar is creamy. It releases roasted notes of coffee and hints of aromatic herbs. There is also a rich aroma of nuts. In the aftertaste, the wood is the protagonist. Strength is medium (3/5).
In the second half, it delivers leather, roasted notes and a touch of vanilla. The aroma of wood is still very rich in the aftertaste. Strength increases a little bit (3.5/5).
Overall, the La Estancia Short Robusto is a cigar featuring an excellent construction. Considering the size, the flavor profile is wide. The smoke is rich. A nice Short Robusto, definitely not common.
