The Joya de Nicaragua Antaño Gran Reserva GT20 is now shipping to its USA retailers. The special edition GT20 celebrates 20 years of consistency. To do such a thing, Joya de Nicaragua has used the same leaves from the same tobacco varietals grown in the same plots of land in northern Nicaragua. Something unheard of for two decades. The Antaño series has expanded into 4 sub-lines with more than 24 vitolas. There is the original Antaño 1970, the Antaño Dark Corojo, the Antaño CT, and the Antaño Gran Reserva. To continue building on Antaño’s ongoing Legacy, Joya de Nicaragua introduces Antaño Gran Reserva GT20.
In the press release, Juan Ignacio Martinez, Executive President, said: “Instead of only celebrating another wonderful occasion, we wanted to focus on forging the thriving future for Antaño by giving our cigar lovers an enhanced experience of Antaño.” He also went on to say, “the blend selection was intricate, drafting on our more than 53 years of experience and the best leaves of Nicaraguan grown tobacco in our bodegas.”
Antaño Gran Reserva GT20 is a Box-Pressed Gran Toro measuring 52 by 152mm (6″). The GT20 is an all Nicaraguan puro, and all leaves have been aged for 5 years. Cigars will come in a 20-count box. It is available now and shipping to all Drew Estate retailers.
