JC Newman Havana Q

J.C. Newman is bringing you their version of what a Cuban cigar taste like. This January 2021, Newman will be releasing the Havana Q cigar line. The concept behind the line is to use tobacco grown in similar growing conditions as Cuban tobacco. To accomplish such a challenge, Havana Q is rolled with a genuine Havana-seed wrapper, which was grown by the Oliva Family on the Alluvial plains at the Cotuguay Mountains foot in the Guayas tobacco-growing region of Ecuador. The climate and soil conditions are very similar to the famed Vinales Valley in Cuba’s Pinar del Rio province. “We wanted to bring the essence of Cuba to consumers without breaking the bank,” said Drew Newman. “With larger sizes and convenient humi-bag packaging, all varieties of smokers will find something they like in Havana Q.”

Havana Q cigars will come in 20-ct bundles presented in a travel style humi-bag packaging. There are a total of four sizes available for the initial release. A 60x 152mm (6″) Double Grande, a 56 x127mm (5″) Double Robusto, 54 x 152mm (6″) Double Toro, and a 52 x 178mm (7″) Double Churchill. All of the sizes are in larger ring-gauges to appeal to the modern cigar smoker’s contemporary preferences. Havana Q will ship from J.C. Newman’s El Reloj Factory in Tampa, FL. The new line should arrive on select retailer shelves this January 2021.
