Highclere’s long cigar history dates back to 1862 and it was tradition, that after dinner they would always retire to the library for a cigar and a glass of whisky.

Nick Melillo created a blend that reflects the flavor profile and smoking style of those historic early 1900s. Said blend uses a Connecticut Shade wrapper, Brazilian Mata Fina binder, with filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, which includes Criollo and Corojo tobaccos  , from the Jalapa and Omotepe region, and a hybrid-seed called Nicadán.
