Alec Bradley “Lineage” Robusto features a cepo of 52 x 133 mm in length. This line was designed to satisfy smokers looking for oversized cigars. With the exception of the Robusto, all the other cigars are featuring quite large ring gauges.

A detailed look shows small defects on the capa, and the filling as well does not appear to be fully homogeneous.
The head is quite unique. It is in fact rolled in a way that reminds of a special version of the “pig tail”.
This style, quite appealing, is taking over, and has to be commented that many smokers find it attractive.
Alec Bradley Coyol Robusto: Before lighting the cigar up, cocoa notes with sweet hints are evident. The opening is rustic and develops hearty tastes.
The first third delivers earth and spicy (black pepper) flavors. Aromas are pretty intense. The cigar is medium to full body (4/5).
The second third is even more rustic. Earth and black pepper are alternating in every draw, with a distant herbal addition. The background becomes slightly sweet.
The third third develops roasted notes. Spices are less present, while balsamic hints are still in the background.
Finish is pleasant.
Overall a rustic smoke, with a limited aromas palette, but intense and strong. Suitable for non-meditative smokes.
