Alec & Bradley Gatekeeper Corona: earth and spices on the cold draw. The first few puffs deliver piquant spices.

Alec & Bradley Gatekeeper Corona

The first third develops young wood, spices (mainly black pepper), and rich piquant notes. Strenght is just a bit above the medium level (3.5/5).

The middle section turns to nuts, a mix of walnut and peanut. The piquant spices are still present, enriched now by vegetal nuances. Strength grows, reaching a medium to full level (4/5).

The finale section turns once again and the aromas perceivable are now earth and balsamic herbs. Strength increases again (4.5/5), making the finale satisfying.

Overall, the Alec & Bradley Gatekeeper Corona is equipped with a great evolution, and considering the small size, this is not very common. The flavor profile is different in all the three sections, while the intensity is pronounced for the whole length of the smoke. A great Corona, that made it up in 2019 Awards, being elected the no.2 best cigar of the Dominican Republic.
