The Alec Bradley Black Market Estelí Robusto is a cigar made in Nicaragua. This line is a variant of the classic Black Market, a successful line sold for a very competitive price.
Cigars are made in the Plasencia cigar factory, in Estelí. The looking of the box and the labels resemble the ones of the classic “Black Market” but the yellow written “Estelí” identifies this new version.
Cigars are dressed up in an oily maduro shade wrapper. To the touch they are filled in a generous way and construction shows no flaws.

Alec Bradley Black Market Estelí Robusto: before lighting it up, rich cocoa, together with balsamic and spicy notes reach the nose. Once lit, it delivers aromas of incense, balsamic herbs and a touch of ground coffee.
The first section is about nuts, where the walnut stands as protagonist, enriched by black pepper and a rich earthy notes. There are also a touch of incense and balsamic herbs. Strength is medium-high (4/5).
In the middle section, the earthy and the spicy notes get more intese. The nutty flavors are still there, but in the background. Strength doesn’t change (4/5).
The finale part brings back the balsamic herbs, the get more and more rich getting closer to the finale. Earth and walnut alternates, while the spices culminate with piquant peaks. Strength is confirmed medium-high (4/5).
Overall, the Alec Bradley Black Market Estelí Robusto is a cigar capable of delivering a rich smoke, equipped with a fairly broad flavor profile. Evolution is not its best characteristic, but the cigar is satisfying and well balanced.
