Aladino Habano Vintage Selection fans will be getting two new sizes. In 2019 was the initial release of the Vintage Selection, which used tobaccos from 2015-2016 crops. The cigar has been such a success that JRE Tobacco Co. has officially announced the addition of an Elegante and a Toro to the original release Rothschild size. The Vintage Selection is a little different for Aladino. The cigar uses a Habano wrapper for this series instead of a Corojo wrapper. Aladino feels that this cigar line is a throwback to the golden era of Cuban cigars, which were made up with similar blends and components.
The Elegante is a 38 x 177mm (7″) size cigar and will have an MSRP of $8 per stick. The other new size is a Toro that measures 50 x 152mm (6″) and has an MSRP of $8.80 per stick. The Cigars will have a Habano wrapper and use Honduran Corojo for the binder and filler. Cigars are currently available at some retailers, with more nationwide releases later in the summer.
