In March, Rafael Nodal, owner of Aging Room, will release a new cigar: Aging Room Small Batch Bin No. 2.
Aging Room Small Batch Bin No. 2 uses completely different tobaccos compared to Aging Room Bin No. 1 (Ecuador wrapper, Dominican binder and fillier). The new cigar is a Nicaraguan puro as specified also by the second band that dresses the cigar.
The tobacco that make up the the blend (binder and part of the filler) come from Ometepe, a small volcanic island of Lake Nicaragua, where a small quantity of tobacco with a characteristic sweet and earthy flavor is produced. Tobacco from Estelí and Jalapa complete the blend.
Aging Room Small Batch Bin No. 2 will be available in 3 different sizes:
- B Minor, 52 x 127 mm
- C Major, 54 x 146 mm
- Grande, 60 x 152 mm
They are produced at Plasencia Cigars SA in Nicaragua and will be sold in 20 count boxes. The price will range from $11.50 to $12.50, per single cigar, depending on the size.
