Black Works Studio has announced their latest limited edition cigar called the Hyena. From the press release, James Brown (creator of BLTC & BLK WKS and owner at Fabrica Oveja Negra) said, “Hyena is the latest addition to the BLK WKS portfolio. A truly unique cigar that is focused on showcasing a perfect balance between Nicaraguan fillers and the Cameroon wrapper. Hyena is an extremely complex and balanced cigar and is a tribute to my wife’s and my many years of living in Africa.”
The Hyena uses an African Cameroon wrapper, Nicaraguan Habano binder, with fillers from Nicaragua. It will be available in two sizes. A Corona Gorda, measuring 46 x 127mm (5″), with an MSRP of $12 per stick. The other size is a Lonsdale, 42 x 165mm (6.5”), and an MSRP of $12.50 per stick. Both sizes will come in special Hyena artwork 20-ct boxes. BLK WKS says that the limited edition will be shipping and available at select retailers at the beginning of March 2021.
