Manifatture Sigaro Toscano celebrated a 200-year storied tradition in 2018. To celebrate this milestone, MST decided to launch a limited-edition product: the Toscano Duecento.
The cigar name means two hundred, and it recalls not only the 200 years, but also the length of this Toscano, which is 200 mm (7 ¾”). Cigars are rolled at MST’s Lucca factory, in Italy.
After a successful launch in Italy and in Europe back in 2018, the cigar became a continuous edition and Manifatture Sigaro Toscano decided to launch this product in U.S.A. as well.
The cigar blend is made of a North American Kentucky seed leaf wrapper, containing medium filler of Italian and North American Kentucky seed Tobaccos. The size is 46 x 200 (7 ¾”).
Manifatture Sigaro Toscano, said also that “a long-controlled seasoning throughout each phase of the cigar slowly refines the Toscano Duenceto organoleptic characteristics. Smoking the Toscano Duecento will bring forth a satisfying taste and decisive aromaticity, making the smoking experience itself unique, flavorful, and enjoyable. In the first third of this cigar, balanced and even features stand out and quickly evolve throughout the second third into a more intense and full-bodied smoke, allowing the North American Kentucky seed tobacco to stand out with its smoky, roasted, taste. In the last third, the cigar shows all of the Toscano’s full-bodied attitude, where the smoke becomes especially strong and spicy with rustic notes ruling the experience.
