Montecristo Linea 1935 Maltés is a Cuban cigar that was launched in 2017, but cigar hit the market only in mid-2018. The Linea 1935 was created to commemorate the birth of the Montecristo brand. The Maltés are enclosed in a 20-cigar lacquered box. Among the three cigars released belonging to this line, it is a cross between the small Dumas and the imposing Leyenda.
The cigars are very well made, and they are dressed up in a silky colorado wrapper. The filling is generous. Cigar show three bands, one with the logo of the brand, one with the name of the line and one more to the foot, displaying once again the brand’s logo (but without any written).

Montecristo Linea 1935 Maltés: rich cocoa scents are perceivable to the cold draw. The first few puffs deliver a mix of earth and nuts.
Overall, the Montecristo Linea 1935 Maltés delivers a typical Montecristo smoke, more reminiscent of the pre-2000 Montecristo flavor profile than the new millennium one. The cigar is intense, with a broad and structured bouquet.
