Casa Cuevas Reserva Natural Robusto: the cold draw bring notes of barnyard to the palate. Once lit, the cigar starts out with vegetal notes.

Further into the first third, creamy wooden notes appear, backed by a mix of nuts. There is some spice present to the cigar, albeit very light. Strength is medium – light (2/5).

The main flavors of wood, light spice and nuts, carries into the second third. A hint of vanilla appears in some puffs. Strength is now medium (3/5).

There isn’t much changing in regards to the three main flavors. The vanilla, which appeard in some puffs, has been replaced by floral nuances. Strength is constant (3/5).

Overall, the Casa Cuevas Reserva Natural Robusto has a decent core of flavors. Nevertheless, it is one dimensional. The fleeting vanilla and floral notes would have helped the cigar if they were more precent in the profile.
