E.P. Carrillo Encore Majestic is a cigar produced by Ernesto Perez Carrillo, in the Dominican Republic. However, the peculiarity lies in the tobaccos used, which are exclusively of Nicaraguan origin. Specifically, the filler is composed of tobaccos from Estelí, Condega and Jalapa.

Aesthetically, the cigar is dressed in a Colorado shaded wrapper, that is rough to the touch. The distinguishing feature of the line is the fact that it is box pressed, meaning the profile of the cigars is square.

E.P. Carrillo Encore Majestic: unlit, intense notes of hay and spices. The opening releases seasoned wood, with spices in the background, followed by walnut. There is also a sweet, almost imperceptible note of  herbs present.

Aromas of earth, cocoa and black pepper reach the palate, enriched with a hint of herbs. The smoke is creamy and medium in strength (3/5).

Continuing, the notes of earth and cocoa, which are now joined by intense aromas of a mix of hazelnut and almond. Black pepper is perceptible In the background. Strength is just slightly over medium bodied (3.5/5).

In the last third, the smoke changes and outlines balsamic herbs, which follow notes of toasted coffee. A hint of almond is perceptible in the background. The base becomes slightly and pleasantly bitter. Strength remains constant (3.5/5).

Overall, the E.P. Carrillo Encore Majestic gives rise to a creamy smoke, with an excellent balance. The flavor intensity is excellent and the cigar is satisfying. The profile is well structured.
