Cuenca y Blanco Torpedo Especial: the cold draw reveals hints of wood. The opening develops wood and white pepper flavors.
The first third is creamy and alternates between vegetable and spicy (white pepper) notes. Strength is medium (3/5).
The second third continues with the same aromatic palette, but slowly progressing in to the smoke a slightly bitter note appears. The strength stays constant.
The final third doesn’t present any changes.
Overall, a cigar that develops a limited aromatic palette and evolution. Balance and harmony, however, are rather good.
